Objective: We will review our BIG GOALS, understand the Fall of the Aztec and Inca Empires, and compare the two.
Task 2: Fill out the Technology Survey and submit it.
Task 3: Solidify your understanding of the fall of the Aztec Empire by completing one of the following options on page 253 of your interactive notebook (PAPER ONLY). You will first need to review the Fall of the Aztec Empire presentation.
-Option 1: After reviewing the presentation, create a 6-box flow map of the main events. Each box should include an image and caption. The events must be historically accurate.
-Option 2: Write two TREE paragraphs summarizing how the Aztec Empire fell. You must have a Topic, Reason, Explanation, and Ending for each paragraph.
Task 4: Track Mr. Herrera as he goes through the presentation on the Fall of the Inca Empire. Then, answer the questions on this Reflection.
Task 5: On page 254 of your notebook, draw a large double bubble map and use it to compare and contrast the fall of the Aztec and Inca Empire. What was similar? What was different?
Early Finishers: You have two options if you finish early.

-Option 2: For extra credit, research our upcoming unit, The Renaissance, and create a preview poster or presentation to share with the class.
