Important Figures in the Reformation (4/28/11)

Objective: We will describe the ideas of Desidarius Erasmus and Martin Luther in the Reformation.

Task #1: Complete the Do Now.

Task #2: Track Mr. Herrera as he presents Important Figures in the Reformation. Fill out the graphic organizer as your teacher explains. When you have finished and your work shows excellence, submit it for a grade.

Task #3: On page 275, paste 7.9.1 GP/IP #1 and on page 276, paste 7.9.1 GP/IP #2.

Task #4: On page 277, paste the double bubble map. Follow Mr. Herrera's directions on how to complete it. You are to compare and contrast Desidarius Erasmus with Martin Luther.

Task #5: Pretend Mr. Herrera is the pope of the Roman Catholic Church. Write Mr. Herrera an email explaining your thoughts on the ideas of Erasmus and Luther. See Mr. Herrera's example (have integrity and do not copy or paraphrase Mr. Herrera's example). Remember, you have the option of typing or writing the email.
